Mixture of three coffees from South America and Africa: Kolumbia La Siberia Washed and Etiopie Yergacheffe processed in Washed and Natural. Colombia forms the base of the blend, Ethiopia responsible for the aromatic profile. Beans roasted very light, dedicated to cold brew and filter coffee.
In the cup: medium body, light and extremely clean brew with a pleasant balance. Described as medium sweet, slightly tart and very refreshing. Dominant citrus fruits with a light, herbal background. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
