Terms and Conditions of MyCoffeeHub.pl

§1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website available at https://mycoffeehub.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
- The owner and administrator of the Service is Daniel Tarasek, conducting business activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
- Contact with the Administrator is possible at the email address: kontakt@mycoffeehub.pl or through the contact form available on the Service.
- Using the Service means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- The Administrator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed about changes through an appropriate notice on the Service with at least 7 days' advance notice.
§2. Definitions
- Service – The website MyCoffeeHub.pl available at https://mycoffeehub.pl, constituting a social platform for coffee enthusiasts
- User – A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Service
- Account – An individual User profile in the Service enabling access to platform features
- Business Profile – A profile of an entrepreneur operating in the coffee industry, containing business information and managing product and service sub-profiles
- Business – An entrepreneur conducting business activities related to coffee, having a Business Profile in the Service
- Business Owner – A natural or legal person conducting a Business and authorized to manage the Business Profile
- Moderator – A person appointed by the Administrator to moderate content in the Service and manage Business Profiles on behalf of the Administrator
- Coffee Roastery – A sub-profile within a Business Profile containing information about a roastery and offered coffees
- Coffee Shop – A sub-profile within a Business Profile containing information about a café serving coffee
- Coffee – A coffee product sub-profile within a Business Profile or Roastery
- Drip Bag – A coffee product sub-profile (coffee in bags) within a Business Profile
- Subscription – A coffee subscription service sub-profile within a Business Profile
- Coffee Note – A user's note about a specific coffee containing rating, brewing parameters, and flavor profile
- Kawoteka (Coffee Collection) – A collection of favorite coffees, coffee shops, roasteries, and coffee products managed by the User
- Content – All information, data, texts, graphics, photos, ratings, comments, and other materials published in the Service
- Premium – A paid package of extended functionality for Business accounts, offering additional promotion and profile management capabilities
§3. Terms of Service Use
- The Service is intended for adults. Minors may use the Service only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
- It is prohibited to use the Service in a manner that violates the law, good customs, or the interests of third parties.
- The User undertakes to:
- Provide true and current information
- Not violate copyrights and other intellectual property rights
- Not publish content that is unlawful, offensive, vulgar, or violates good customs
- Not use the Service in a way that may disrupt its functioning or violate the rights of other Users
- Not distribute spam, malware, or misleading content
- The Administrator reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
§4. Registration and User Account
- Creating an Account in the Service requires completing a registration form and accepting these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- The User is obliged to provide true personal data during registration.
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Account credentials (login, password).
- The User is responsible for all actions taken through their Account.
- The User may delete their Account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting the Administrator.
- The Administrator reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or delete an Account in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
§5. Business Profiles - Creation and Management Rules
- The Service enables the creation of Business Profiles for entrepreneurs operating in the coffee industry to build a comprehensive database available to the coffee enthusiast community.
- A Business Profile may contain the following sub-profiles:
- Coffee Roasteries
- Coffee Shops
- Coffees (products)
- Drip Bags
- Coffee Subscriptions
- Business Profiles can be managed by:
- Business Owners directly - after registering in the Service and verification
- MyCoffeeHub.pl Moderators - on behalf of the Administrator, when the Profile is not managed by the Business Owner
- Business Profile management by the Business Owner is free and includes:
- Adding and editing business information
- Managing sub-profiles (roasteries, coffee shops, products)
- Publishing news
- Access to profile statistics
- Business Profiles managed by Moderators contain only publicly available information and data reported by Users.
- Each Business Profile is clearly marked with information about who manages it: Business Owner or MyCoffeeHub.pl Moderator.
§5a. Premium Features for Business Accounts

- The Administrator offers additional paid Premium features for Business accounts, extending promotion and profile management capabilities.
- Premium features include:
- Publishing promotions and special offers
- Advanced profile statistics and analytics
- Increased visibility in search results
- Priority technical support
- Pricing details and terms of Premium features are available at: https://mycoffeehub.pl/premium
- The Premium feature fee is independent of the free Business Profile management described in §5.
§5b. Profile Management Service by Administrator (Business Package)

- The Administrator offers an additional paid service of professional Business Profile management on behalf of the Business Owner.
- The service includes:
- Creating and publishing content (descriptions, photos, news)
- Managing products and sub-profiles
- Profile monitoring and moderation
- Regular statistics reports
- Profile management service pricing:
- 99 PLN/month - for businesses operating in Poland
- 25 EUR/month - for businesses operating in the European Union
- Detailed service information is available at: https://mycoffeehub.pl/prowadzenie-profilu
- The Business Owner may take over independent profile management at any time, retaining all previously added content.
§6. User Profile Submission
- Users may submit proposals to add new profiles through the contact form available on the Service.
- Submissions may concern:
- New coffee roasteries
- New coffee shops
- New coffees (products)
- New drip bags
- New coffee subscriptions
- Submissions are verified by Moderators before being added to the Service.
- Users submitting new profiles act to enrich their Kawoteka and the Service community with valuable information.
- The Administrator does not guarantee the addition of all submitted profiles and reserves the right to refuse without giving a reason.
- Submissions should contain basic information enabling verification:
- Business/product name
- Address (for coffee shops/roasteries)
- Website or social media
- Brief description
§7. Taking Over Business Profile Management by Business Owner
- The Business Owner may take over management of their Business Profile currently managed by a Moderator at any time.
- The takeover process requires:
- Contact with the Administrator through the contact form or email
- Verification of identity and authority to represent the Business
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- After positive verification, the Business Owner receives full access to manage their Business Profile and all sub-profiles.
- Taking over Business Profile management is free and takes place within 7 business days from the moment of verification.
- After taking over management, the Business Owner bears full responsibility for content published within their Business Profile.
§8. Profile Updates by Moderators
- If a Business Profile is not managed directly by the Business Owner and Users report the need to update information, Moderators may update the profile.
- Before updating based on User submissions, the Moderator first:
- Sends an email to the Business Owner (if contact information is known) with information about the planned update and an offer to take over profile management
- Waits for a response for a period of 14 calendar days from sending the message
- If the Business Owner does not respond within the specified period or contact information is unavailable, the Moderator may update the profile based on:
- Publicly available information
- Verified User submissions
- Information from the Business's website or social media
- Moderators make every effort to ensure that published information is current and truthful.
- The Business Owner may report inaccuracies in their profile at any time through the contact form and request corrections or take over profile management.
§9. Coffee Notes
- Coffee Note is a feature enabling Users to create detailed notes about coffees they have brewed or tasted.
- A Coffee Note may contain:
- Overall coffee rating (on a scale of 0-10)
- Brewing parameters (temperature, time, ratios)
- Flavor profile (acidity, sweetness, body, aroma, finish)
- Text notes and observations
- Photos
- Information about brewing equipment used
- The User can mark a Coffee Note as:
- Public - visible to all Service Users
- Private - visible only to the author
- Coffee Notes can be exported as images in formats optimized for social media (Instagram post, Instagram Story).
- The User bears full responsibility for content published within their Coffee Notes.
- The Administrator reserves the right to remove Coffee Notes violating these Terms and Conditions or the law.
§10. Kawoteka (Coffee Collection)
- Kawoteka is a User's personal collection containing favorite items from the Service.
- Items that can be added to Kawoteka:
- Coffees
- Coffee Shops
- Roasteries
- Drip Bags
- Subscriptions
- Kawoteka is private by default and visible only to its owner.
- The User can manage their Kawoteka by adding and removing items from their profile pages.
- Kawoteka serves as a personal portfolio of the User's coffee discoveries.
