Purpose: creating and managing user account, providing platform services

Providing Premium services:

Collected data: first name, last name, email address, payment data (transferred to Autopay)

Purpose: Premium subscription realization, managing access to paid features

Creating and managing business profiles:

Collected data: company name, address, contact details, business activity information (café, roastery, products)

Purpose: building a comprehensive database of coffee businesses in Poland, enabling users to find coffee places and products

Invitations for business owners:

Purpose: informing business owners about the possibility of free profile management takeover

Payments for profile management service:

Collected data: data necessary for settlements (transferred to Autopay or Useme.com)

Statistical and analytical purposes:

Profile management payment data: in accordance with tax law requirements (5 years)

Statistical data: 1 year in anonymized form
Marketing consents: until consent withdrawal

5. Data Recipients

Autopay S.A.:

Purpose: handling payments for Premium services
Data scope: data necessary for transaction realization
Basis: performance of payment services agreement

Useme.com:

Purpose: handling payments for profile management service
Data scope: data necessary for payment realization and service settlement
Basis: performance of payment intermediation services agreement

Technical service providers:

Purpose: hosting, IT infrastructure maintenance
Location: Poland

Platform users (public data):

Purpose: presentation of coffee businesses
Scope: public information about businesses (name, address, description)

Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union territory.

6. Business Profiles - Detailed Information

Sources of business data:

Publicly available information from the internet
Data added by user community
Information provided directly by business owners

Profile creation process:

Before adding a profile by the community, we send an invitation to the company
The company has 14 days to respond and take over the profile for free
No response means the profile can be created by the community

Profile management:

Profiles created by the community are clearly marked
Business owner can take over management at any time
Activity requirement: 30 days for first entry, then at least once a year

Business owner rights:

Objection to profile creation
Request for correction of false data
Taking control of the profile
Profile deletion (after ownership verification)

Our website uses cookies for:

8. Premium Features and Payments

Trial period: New users can activate a 3-month free access to Premium features on request. Activation is done by clicking the appropriate button in the user panel and does not require payment data.

Available plans:

Individual plan: 4.99 PLN/month or 49.99 PLN/year
Business plan: 99.99 PLN/month or 999.99 PLN/year
Profile management service: 99 PLN/month or 25 EUR/month
Gross prices include 23% VAT

Payment processing:

Subscription payments are handled by Autopay S.A.
Profile management service payments are handled by Autopay S.A. or Useme.com

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion.

9. Business Dashboard

Registered businesses receive access to anonymized statistical data including:

Number of business profile visits
Number of clicks on profile elements
Basic demographic data (in aggregated form)
Information about profile management source (community vs. owner)

All data presented in the business dashboard is anonymized and does not allow identification of specific users.

Statistics for community-managed profiles are available in general form, without the ability to identify specific user actions.

10. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against:

Unauthorized access
Accidental or intentional destruction
Accidental loss
Unauthorized disclosure or modification

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.

11. Privacy Policy Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.

We will inform users of any changes by publishing an updated version on the website and - in case of significant changes - by sending information to the email address.

In case of discrepancies between language versions of this Policy, the Polish version shall prevail.
