Coffee originates from South America, from Brazil, from the Cerrado region. The trees grow at an altitude of 920–1180 m n.p.m.. The bean is a mix of varieties Catuai, Acaia, processed using Pulped Natural (cereja descascado). The bean size is 16+, defect-free. It has a certificate from the BSCA – Brasil Specialty Coffee Assn.
In the cup: freshly baked bread, sugarcane sugar, toasted nuts. The finish has distinct sweet, chocolatey notes. Described as very sweet, with a very good balance and a round, full, and velvety body. Recommended for espresso, stovetop coffee, and filter brewing.
