This coffee originates from South America, from Brazil, from the region of Sul De Minas in the state of Minas Gerais, from the farm Fazenda Da Lagoa located in the vicinity of Santo Antonio. The plantation, covering an area of approximately 220 hectares, belongs to the Vieira family. The trees grow at an altitude of 900–1200 m a.s.l.. The beans are a mix of Mundo Novo, Catuai, Acaia varieties, processed using the Pulped Natural method.
In the cup: freshly baked bread, sugarcane sugar, toasted nuts. Finishing with distinct sweet, chocolatey notes. Described as very sweet, with an excellent balance and a round, full-bodied, and velvety texture. Recommended for espresso, stovetop, and filter brewing methods.
