Coffee originates from South America, from Brazil, from the Mogiana region. The trees grow at an altitude of 960–1070 m n.p.m.. The bean is a mix of varieties Catuai, Mundo Novo, processed using Pulped Natural (cereja descascado). The bean size is 16+, without defects. It has a certificate from the BSCA – Brasil Specialty Coffee Assn.
In the cup: freshly baked bread, sugarcane sugar, toasted nuts. Finishing with distinct sweet, chocolatey notes. Described as very sweet, with a very good balance and a round, full, and velvety body. Recommended for espresso, stovetop, and filter brewing.
