Mixture consists of coffees from South America, Central America, and Africa: Brazil Guaxupe Natural, Guatemala Finca La Providencia, and Ethiopia Yergacheffe Kochere FW g1. Brazil processed using Natural, Ethiopia Washed (FW), all components roasted separately and sourced from the current season.
In the cup: round and sweet with very distinct chocolate and sweet chocolate notes. Described as a dense body and excellent balance. The blend features notes of chocolate and a light hazelnut flavor, with a hint of floral notes. Recommended for espresso, it also performs well in cappuccino and caffe latte.
