This blend consists of two Brazilian Arabica beans from South America, from Brazil: Brazil Mogiana Catuai Pulped Natural and Brazil Cerrado Catuai Natural. Both coffees are roasted separately, from the current season. Pulped Natural and Natural processing methods were applied.
In the cup: round and sweet with very distinct notes of toasted hazelnuts, cocoa, and chocolate. Described as a dense body and excellent balance. Recommended for espresso, French press, and filter brewing. It also performs well in cappuccino and caffe latte.
