This blend consists of coffees from South America, Oceania, and once again South America: Brazil, Papua New Guinea Eastern Highlands, and Colombia Supremo Huila. All components from the current season, roasted separately.
In the cup: sweet, full-bodied, delicate fruity notes. Described as a gentle blend, with delicate acidity cutting through the typical sweetness of Brazil. Recommended for espresso, it also pairs well with milk.
