This coffee originates from Africa, specifically from Ethiopia, in the Yirgacheffe region of the Gedeo Zone. The green coffee beans are supplied by Cooperative Adado, which represents around 700 small-scale farmers cultivating the Heirloom variety at altitudes of 1900–2300 m a.s.l.. The beans undergo Washed processing (fully washed), are processed in a local mill, and dried on African beds for approximately 10–12 days. The lot was selected by the supplier, grade 1 (microlot).
In the cup: silky body, very sweet, floral, and very fruity. Dominant are fresh, ripe, sweet fruits – peaches and mango. In the background, good milk chocolate and numerous floral notes are present. The coffee has a long and pleasant aftertaste. Recommended for filter brewing methods.
