Coffee originates from Africa, from Ethiopia, from the region of Yirgacheffe, Gedeo zone. Beans are grown at an altitude of 1800–1900 m a.s.l. on small, forested plantations by local farmers. Processing was carried out at the mill of the Koke cooperative. Variety: Heirloom. Process: Washed. Lot grade 1, defect-free.
In the cup: full-bodied with notes of plum, orange mandarin, and orange blossom and herbal background. Recommended for filter brewing methods.
