Coffee originates from Africa, from Ethiopia, from the region of Yirgacheffe, Gedeo zone. Grown at an altitude of approximately 1800–1900 m a.s.l. by local farmers on small, forested plantations. Processed at the mill of the Koke cooperative. Variety: Heirloom. Process: Honey. Lot grade 1, defect-free.
In the cup: full-bodied with notes of berry, mandarin, and orange blossom and herbal background. Recommended for filter brewing methods.
