This coffee originates from Africa, specifically from Ethiopia, in the region of Yirgacheffe, within the Gedeo Zone subregion. The green coffee beans are supplied by Kooperatywa Aricha, a cooperative representing around 600 small-scale farmers cultivating the Heirloom variety at altitudes of 1950–2100 m a.s.l.. The beans undergo Natural processing, dried on African beds for approximately 20–30 days. The selected lot is a grade 1 (microlot) provided by the supplier.
