This coffee originates from Africa, specifically from Ethiopia, the Yirgacheffe region, in the western part of the Gedeo Zone. The raw material is provided by Kooperatywa Aricha, a cooperative of around 600 small farmers cultivating the Heirloom variety at an altitude of 1950–2100 m a.s.l.. The beans undergo Natural processing, dried on African beds for approximately 20–30 days. A selected lot, grade 1 (microlot), was chosen by the supplier.
