Mixture consists of coffees from South America and Central America: Brazil Meia Pata Natural and Costa Rica San Francisco Natural. Both coffees processed using Natural method, roasted separately and blended in a 50/50 ratio. All components come from the current season.
In the cup: large sweetness and complex, refreshing acidity. Dominant fresh citrus and floral aromas. In the flavor profile, notes of toffee and brown sugar appear. Mixture recommended for hand-pulled espresso.
