This coffee originates from Asia, specifically from India, in the region of Karnataka, from the surroundings of Mysuru Mallige. Grown on the Bilgiriranga Hills at elevations of 970–1100 m a.s.l.. Variety Robusta, containing only Peaberry grains. Processed using Washed (fully washed, also known as Parchment), hand-selected, practically defect-free.
In the cup: strong impact, sweet with nut and dried fruit aromas against a good dark chocolate background. Espresso is clean and dense. It blends well with milk. Recommended for espresso, as well as for French press and phina.
