Coffee originates from South America, from Colombia, from the region of Cauca, from the area of Veredas of Cerro Alto. The plantations belong to three independent owners affiliated with the cooperative Comepcafe. Cultivation is carried out at an altitude of 1600–1800 m a.s.l. on volcanic soil. Varieties: Castillo, Colombia. Processing method: Washed. Bean size: 17+.
