Coffee originates from South America, from Colombia, from the region of Caldas, from the farm Finca La Palma. The variety Pink Bourbon is grown here, at an altitude of 1800 m a.s.l., and processed using the Washed method at the La Aurora station.
This Colombian coffee has a light, herbal character and subtle floral elegance. The flavor profile features black tea, rose, and lemon grass, creating a delicate and transparent cup with a gentle acidity and very low bitterness.
