Coffee originates from North America, from Mexico, from the region of Sierra Mazateca. Varieties Mundo Novo and Pluma Hidalgo are grown here at an altitude of 1450–1900 m a.s.l., processed using Washed. The beans come from a farm run by Victor Morales.
This Mexican coffee has a fruity character based on dried fruit notes. In the flavor profile, blackberry, cherry, and cranberry appear, creating a sweet, dense cup with a distinct fruity depth and crisp acidity.
